As a web developer, I always found it really interesting the amount of UI/component libraries that can be found on any given day. Each with tons of elements to use, new colour palettes to choose from, new css libraries...I guess, it can also be a bit overwhelming for someone who's just starting and has not really a clear idea what he/she should try first.
As an Apple user - ever since I finished high school I've been on the side of things - I never had a moment in which I didn't know how to navigate or use the different OS (or couldn't figure out after a couple of minutes). This made me think...how would it actually be to develop let's say an iPhone app? I bet it can't be too different from what I was used to do (mostly React/Next apps)...but oh boy, I was wrong.
This wasn't just developing an app, it was much more than that: designing the whole user interface, creating a product story, getting mockups and screenshot for the Apple Store, writing a content page, promoting the app, and many more things.
Overall, the development experience was top notch and I didn't have to think how to implement a nice looking button that followed the design rules - it was already done for me. Thank SwiftUI for that.
